Servant leadership is a philosophy and set of practices that enrich the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.
HLA leadership varies by the individual HLA. Leadership in hard information and by way of soft skills is intended to facilitate storytelling of pains [degree, length, intensity, type and changes in pain levels and activities that can identify and locate the arrival of the first stages of chronic disease].
